Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or utilizing the Aero Video Downloader desktop client ("Software") or associated services, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all access and uninstall the software.

Aero Video Downloader is designed and provided strictly for personal, educational, and offline archiving purposes. You agree to use this software in complete alignment with the following conditions:

• You will not use the Software to download or distribute copyrighted material without explicit permission from the copyright owner.
• You assume full legal responsibility for any content downloaded through the Software.
• You will respect the Terms of Service of target platforms (e.g. YouTube, Facebook, TikTok).

Aero runs on a pay-as-you-go, token-based licensing structure bound cryptographically to your machine:

• Free Trial: New registrations may claim a promotional allocation of 1,000 free tokens. These are bound to a single System ID.
• Token Consumption: Tokens are only deducted from your balance upon a successful download confirmation.
• Hardware ID Binding: Your license key is cryptographically tied to your hardware's System ID to prevent unauthorized balance sharing. Attempting to spoof, bypass, or distribute keys across multiple unauthorized devices is grounds for immediate key revocation without refund.

All source code, design elements, UI architecture, assets, logos, and server components of Aero are the exclusive property of Aero Downloader. Reverse-engineering, modifying, repackaging, or distributing the binary installer or backend API calls is strictly prohibited.

Aero is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Because target third-party video sharing platforms frequently update their layouts, API endpoints, and encryption systems, Aero does not warrant that the scrapers will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or indefinitely. Updates are delivered on a best-effort basis.

In no event shall Aero Downloader, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to platform account suspensions, bandwidth throttling, or loss of token balances.
